ESEN is a mixed-use building in Maribyrnong. We took over a project that had stalled for many years, working with the community to redesign the building to deliver facilities that would benefit the local area, including a much-needed childcare centre and spaces for health and wellness services.
  Building on our learnings from this project, we are creating a second project opposite Esen, creating more residences and childcare spaces for the neighbourhood.
