As the Chairman, Henry has full strategic and operational responsibility for 94 Feet’s staff, developments and expansion. With over four decades of experience, he has crafted a specialised skill set and deep knowledge of the property sector which he uses to guide his Sons and the business in parallel with the group’s mission statement.
Dean is the Managing Director who fulfils an all-encompassing project management role striving to satisfy public goals through private development. More specifically, his responsibilities include the management of design consultants, authorities, environmental groups, project users, contractors and legal representatives.
Jonty oversees both daily cash flow budgeting and all the required financial and legal responsibilities. More specifically, he is responsible for the strategic risk management planning that monitor and identify potential risks during construction to deliver projects within budget.
Jo joined the Group as Working Capital Manager following her time at Pitcher Partners. She also runs a small bookkeeping business – Accountess, which specialises in small boutique businesses. She holds a Bachelor of Business (Banking and Finance) and is a member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers. Her role is to monitor accounts and liaise with finance departments for all our projects, where she brings experience and a strong work ethic.
With a background cemented in management and communications, Charmaine uses this experience to fulfill her role as Assistant Development Manager. With the support and guidance of the Directors, she works across a broad mix of developments from inception to completion which involves servicing and managing the needs of clients. Charmaine has recently completed her Bachelor of Arts (Public Relations) at Deakin University, where she studied in both South East Asia and India.
Quincy works part-time as an Assistant Development Manager whilst studying full time at RMIT to complete a Bachelor of Applied Science (Property and Valuation - Honours). This role involves him undertaking analyses of all developments to define the options and market opportunities for optimising the investment return on the project, while focusing on key risk issues such as discount rate cash flow, income from sales, project time and cost.
